We have so much in store this summer! Most of our programs will be outside this summer in the fresh air. If the weather proves to be uncooperative – we will move to an online format. We are so excited to have you back at the library this summer!

Carson Bank funded this reading program. This first official week to pick up prizes is June 1st. So when you sign up (you can starting May 21st), we encourage you to read, but the first-week prizes won’t be available until June 1st.
This challenge is available to Children, Teens, and Adults. Please keep track of your reading time because we track our program through minutes read. If your child is too young to read (or your little brother or sister), we encourage you to read to them (it counts for both of you!). Audiobooks, comic books, magazines, internet articles, rereading books – they all count! So read the way you love to read!
Spend some time in Mulvane’s charming downtown while reading the StoryWalk book “Can I Be Your Dog?” The Storywalk will be available from May 24th – August 3rd.
Pick up a map at the Mulvane Chamber of Commerce (104 Prather St.) and follow along stop by stop. Story pages are located in the window fronts of participating businesses.
*Bring the completed map back to the Library during business hours for a prize!
Miss Victoria is ready to spend the summer with you! We have lots of fun programs, crafts, and storytimes planned, so be sure to stop by the Mulvane Public Library!
All Wednesday performances are at 9:30 AM & 11 AM. Please only go to one of the time slots for each program to help more families attend and spread out. Please bring blankets and chairs to sit on outside.
We are meeting in person this summer! Maggie is excited to see your faces again! Teen Outtakes will take place outside this summer and will be on Wednesdays from 3:30 – 4:30—a planned activity or craft and then some outdoor games.
