Smith has been Spice Merchant tea’s department head and purchaser for over a decade and has her own tea company- The Golden Monarch. She has traveled worldwide, learning the ins and outs of all things tea. For this talk, Smith will share her insights into what makes a perfect cup of tea, how tea grows, where it grows, and so much more.
